EPHIC Group expands its range of services to include the valuation of hotels and management properties

The main focus of the new business segment of the EPHIC Group is to be on the valuation of so-called management properties, i.e. classic hotel or gastronomy properties as well as properties for commercial living. The EPHIC Group offers hotel owners, banks, tax advisors, funds as well as those interested in buying or selling a property personal and discreet support in determining the market value and preparing an expert opinion.

Vienna (OTS) – The EPHIC Group is expanding its range of services following a successful brand launch. In addition to the established business areas such as the discreet brokerage of off-market deals for the alpine hotel industry (EPHIC Hotel Invest) and all-round services for the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate (EPHIC Real Estate), the group of companies now also offers real estate valuations.

The time-honored spa and winter sports destination of Bad Gastein in Salzburg’s Pongau region has been experiencing an unparalleled revival in recent years. New projects are being launched everywhere. Recently, the former hotels “Sonnwendhof” and “Schwarze Liesl” have now also been sold to an investor by Ephic Hotel Invest.

In Bad Gastein (Pongau), two hotel properties have again been sold to an investor. This is reported by the EPHIC Hotel Invest agency in Vienna.
A “Viennese family office” has acquired the properties of the Sonnwendhof and the former “Schwarze Liesl” hotel and is now looking for an operator, it is said.

The properties of the two former hotels were sold by EPHIC Hotel Invest to an investor. Operators are now being sought.
The former “Sonnwendhof” spa hotel is located right in the center of town on Mozartplatz, while the “Schwarze Liesl” property is elevated on Kötschachtaler Straße, where there was once a popular restaurant with a view in imperial times. EPHIC Hotel Invest is in charge of finding an operator for the tourist use for both sites.
